Thank you for your support. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with attention to detail. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom orders, commissions, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated during purchase or discussed before work begins.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other external factors are outside of my control.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping is available, but delivery times can vary widely depending on the destination and customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Filing a claim with the carrier may be necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
