 Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting my work. Each item is created and handled with care. Because my shop includes physical products, digital downloads, and custom work, the policy varies by item type.


Physical Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued after the item is received and has been inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or full refund will be provided.


Digital Products

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please reach out for assistance.


Commissions & Custom Artwork

Custom work is non-refundable work once started. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Progress updates and reasonable revisions are included to ensure the final piece meets expectations.


Freelance/Custom Services

Project scope, timeline, and revisions will be agreed upon via contract prior to starting. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled early, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work that’s been completed — please refer to your contract for the exact refund policy.
